Magnus Brolin works as a scrum master at Swedbank, and has held a number of tech roles at the bank since 2013. He joined Finansförbundet in 2018.

– There were some unpopular reorganizations at the workplace, and I was also dissatisfied with my salary progression. A colleague told me Finansförbundet could help, Magnus Brolin says.

Magnus feels that the union provides a sense of security. If you don’t get along with your manager for some reason, it can be hard to resolve a situation or address an issue on your own.
