What´s in it for me?

The Financial Sector Union is Sweden’s largest trade union for the bank and finance sector. We are responsible for organising anyone working in the finance industry regardless of educational background or position. This allows us, together with those of you who work in the finance sector, to concentrate on what is important to us and for our sector to be a good place to work.

Together we constitute the financial industry and together we can change and improve it. We can make banking and finance the best of industry to work in.

We want to make as many of the events and developments in the sector as possible available to you and everyone else who work here.

Having the knowledge makes it easier to both being able to and having the courage to assume responsibility. In addition, knowledgeable and responsible co-workers are the most valuable asset to an employer. We are convinced that a prosperous industry provides the best conditions for everyone working there. Moreover, we believe that the best way to achieve this is to build on good relationships, responsiveness and collaboration. 

If you are interested in your work, your own career and the future - our work should function as a source of update and a help for you to purposefully be able to invest in your future. We strive to be the obvious choice for people working in banking and finance.

How much you get out of your membership is largely up to you. The more active you are, the more you get back.
